    Gal Gadot gives a powerfully sincere performance that will endure in film history. A near perfect movie. Up to this point, I had watched all of the DCEU movies and have been entertained, but not particularly impressed. When I walked away from Batman V Superman, Wonder Woman was without a doubt the best part and I had hopes for her solo film. After Suicide Squad, my hopes were lessened, but still present.     Wonder Woman 2017 Lynda Carter said it best when she said that she was holding her breath as she walked into the theater. For the fans who have waited 30 or so years for Wonder Woman to hit the big screen, a lot of us were terrified to go into the theater out of fear that the story wouldn’t get the respect it deserved.
